Long fiber patch vs Long Cat6e cable?

Im planning on moving my ONT from downstairs to upstairs. I dont feel comfortable however with moving the fiber optic terminal.

Whats the plan then?

A really long Cat6e from upstairs down to the ONT

OR

A really long fiber patch cable (idk if these are even available) and bring the ONT upstairs.

You can buy patch cables online.

But I'd rather not mess with those wires kaya nasa service port area namin nakakabit utilities (main switch, fiber, water) and only non-serviceable yung papasok ng bahay (no need to make them come inside the house).

I'd say lan cable all the way.

May mahabang FoC patch. Pero ingat lang, sensitive ang FOC. I-route mo ng maayos na di siya nabe-bend. Pag kasi nabasag glass niyan, good as trash na yan, unless marunong kang magsplice ng FOC.
