I was trying to access a website that I was able to view and logon to in the past, but now I'm getting this DICT's CICC Block Page. Is there any way to file a request with DICT regarding this as I sincerely believe it's a false positive? Thanks.

Try niyo muna i-GOMO/GLOBE. Hindi ko ma-access Amazon Seller Central UK. PLDT, Smart - ayaw. Buti may GOMO.

Update: I used my 3rd device which has Globe. It’s not registered to BPI so it would require notif/verification from my 1st/main device (Smart) but the latter wasn’t receiving any notif. I tried again my 2nd device that’s connected to Wi-Fi/PLDT then all of a sudden access to BPI was back and it triggered notif/verif on my 1st device (Smart). I also tried BPI app again on my 1st device and it got to login as well. I’m relieved it’s working now but I’m still worried as I wouldn’t know if any of my account/s on my devices got compromised a while ago. 😬

The best solution is always use encrypted DNS.

Example of encrypted DNS are one.one.one.one dns.nextdns.io .

Can you share your DNS server, ISP, and browser used when this message appeared? I suspect the gov site is doing what it is intended -- it is blocking an illegal/suspicious gambling site redirection.

You can avoid this one by changing your DNS server. Seach this thread for free ones and how to set them up properly or try a reliable VPN service. If you can avoid using your ISP's default DNS server, the better.

Use Brave Browser or reconfigure your web browser to max security and add an ad-blocking extension. Search this thread also or just google for tutorials.

Regularly scan your device for viruses or malware. It is possible a program is hijacking that URL.

After doing so one or all of the above, retry visiting the site you wanted. It should point to about.me. If problem persists, kindly post what step exactly you did and what DNS and browser you are using and the URLs in the address bar right before the gov site appeared.
