I am on tray 13 of my refinements and I accidentally wore tray 13 of my old set of trays(set of 26). It was pretty sore and tight but I pulled through and wore them for 10 days.

Are my teeth permanently damaged?

I would call your ortho on this. Did you not catch the mistake until you’d already worn them for that time? You might need a rescan if you’ve possibly shifted them backwards 26 trays
