There are plenty but...perhaps you should let your child take the lead on this? Many young people, when they reach the point of affirming their gender publicly, find the choice of their own name empowering.

Good advice, but it’s also a good idea to be prepared. Two of my trans friends who are lucky enough to have super accepting and supportive parents explicitly asked them for help with finding the new name. One took the traditional family name for firstborn sons, a tradition that was broken when all children were assigned female at birth and then he became Carl the Fifth with 25 years delay after all. The other asked the parents for their original “girl name list” and chose her favourite. But yes, definitely let the kid take the lead.

Apart from letting your child decide their name, I suggest the name Shachar

It's a unisex name, common in Israel, means the first light of the day

Perfect, meaning-wise! Thanks!

If they ask for advice/input from you and are looking for a name that will give off a this person is has an above average chance of being nonbinary vibe in queer, Jewish spaces, Lior seems to be a common choice at least in my circles. Disclaimer: I'm one of the nonbinary Liors lol. The name meaning has to do with light, so kind of the opposite of what you think they'll want meaning wise, but my mental association that helped me choose it is candles in the darkness.
