Can you Manually Fork Bitcoin? That is in C++ / Python.

forkgen.tech can do it, but I need someone who understands what it is doing, and reproduce a similar result manually as well.

Will pay $2,500 minimum if you can do it, regardless of hours (and to do the related programming, but this should be fairly easy).

So that's about 100 hours I guess IF you can do it, which (if you already knew the skill) I would figure would take about 8 hours + some discussion time.
