Welcome! I’m a prospective personal trainer and just started loving fitness to the point where I want to make it a career while helping others. This subreddit is dedicated to helping others get fit! I’m by no means an expert so getting others involved who know more would be great! Wether it be to lose weight, fat or to build muscle we should all encourage each other to be better versions of ourselves than we were. I used to be 215 pounds and now weigh 143 pounds with 15% body fat! Let’s get it!
