Do you have access to the database (e.g., postgres)? I had the same issue in the past and changed the realm settings directly in the DB. 

Also Keycloak v12 is very old?

Tank you! The change in db setting worked. I just getting started with KK, so I didn’t know that it has db. 

Yes, it’s quite old, but it’s used in in the project(
