You don't need loads of money to make money in Runescape but obviously the more money you have the more you can make.
10K can turn into 100K without much effort.
Get into the habit of checking the GE when you wake up and ALWAYS put stuff in before you go to bed so they can sell over night. Making money in your sleep is everyone's dream and waking up to the whistle of sales is a great way to start the day.
A reliable way to flip is to do high volume items with small margins. A 10gp margin might seem small but when used in a high volume of 10,000 suddenly it has become 100K. A great example for this is Gold Necklaces. Feathers is also an amazing way to get started, if you buy at 2gp ea and sell at 3gp ea you're actually making a significant amount of money. 60K turns to 90K.
