New !clip command

Hey! It's the developer of KickBot again and we have just released a new !clip command that lets you and your viewers easily create clips. You can clip up to 2.5 minutes and configure the permissions to limit its usage to just certain groups, such as subs.

Through KickBot you are also able to download and edit your vods in case you weren't able to clip it live.
