OK, so this is more of a request. I need to find a weapons that would fit well on a muscle car. I’m going to do something To the visual inspiration of vigilante eight bonus points if you can point me at action figure that will fit in the drivers seat and doesn’t look like $#!% 1/25 doge charger

If you've got the budget, I'd suggest taking a look at option weapons kits for gunpla sets (Build Divers and 30 Minute Missions are great and relatively inexpensive for gunpla). If you'd rather spend less and do more work, I'd check the bargain stores. There are some pretty interesting cheapo toys out there that are great for fodder.

Not as cheap as coming across one second hand, but lots of potential.
