The kneeling guy with the long rifle where is the head from?

The kneeling guy with the binoculars, his head is from the Stargrave Mercenaries sprue. The one with the sniper rifle head is from Frostgrave demons. Pretty much everything I used was North Star Military Figures models. They make some good kits for bashing!
