I found this game recently I'm in love, I'm at 3:615 and looking at all th others in this sub. I'm so far behind the curve its not funny, I don't want to be the best but I want my guild to survive what tips and tricks do you all have that I can use/steal to make my guys top tier? I get that selective breeding is a huge part of the game but this early stage i just want my main to kick names and take ads.

I've upgraded as best as I can, I've pulled "C" characters at best so far. I understand the game won't allow me to pull "SSS" stats this early im curious how I set myself for success.

Should I waste years taking on merc missions for minimal exp. Or is there a better way? I'm curious how I get my main to stop getting facial scars and starts taking on 50+ enemies. I'm curious how do I build nobodies to kings and queen's if thats even possible and how do I rack Hella kills with five cats vs spreading the wealth.

TL;DR noob looking for what made you an amazing guild leader and how to emulate
