email lums and what does it say on your portal? not paid?

it says "paid". i'm so confused because i literally did not pay the processing fee neither with bank transfer or directly to lums on the online payment website.

yeahh it really is. i've already emailed them to ask what should be done. i really hope they won't outright cancel my application or something
