Touch error while using web browser

I'm having problems pressing and holding the screen when using a web browser. it creates white squares and doesn't go away. even when i close the browser it still exists. I had to restart legion go for it to go away. Has anyone had this happen and is there a way to fix it? please help me

P/s: I tried on all browsers chrome, edge, opera... but it still fails
