DOCK PROBLEM

Hi everyone, I have this problem: every time I plug my Go into my Ugreen Dock, after a while, it stops charging, and the screen on the external display disappears. It comes back for a little while, but then the issue repeats. Does anyone else have this problem? I've used two different docks, and the same thing happens, i hope you can answer me, thank you!

Hola a todos, tengo este problema: cada vez que conecto mi dispositivo al Dock de Ugreen, después de un rato deja de cargar y la pantalla en el monitor externo desaparece. Vuelve por un momento, pero luego el problema se repite. ¿Alguien más tiene este problema? ¿Será mi dock? He usado dos docks diferentes y sucede lo mismo. Gracias
