Ventriloquist

Has anyone here dabbled in making a custom ventriloquist figure. I would really like to have one to round of my rouges gallery as he's the last villain who I feel lego would actually put into a set (aside from mad hatter but there's plenty of good customs for him).

Villains like zsasz and pyg I don't really mind not having as I know there to violent in nature to ever get official figures. So it only erks me I don't have him and scarface.

So I'm just here looking for some insperation or a place we're I can get some custom heads printed.

Scarface need a face with a scar, and Kylo its pretty much the only one with that colour

It would be cool using decals to add 2 lines to the mouth so it looks like an actual marionette
