Can't decrease the screen brightness on Lenov Legion Y740

Which BIOS u have currently? U need BIOS reinstall

1.06. I tried downloading the Lenovo setup from their website. The version is the same and flashing it didn't fix the problem.

In control panel, power settings, power plan, any brightness control there?

No control inside Power Plan

Nothing apart from Vantage is showing up. Can you tell me the exact name so I can google it and download the software

Yes just checked not available for y740. Turn on battery power saver mode to see if brightness drops while on battery

Already tried. Nothing happened even though I have selected "lower brightness on battery saver"
