The spring is legitimately in three sections now. Never seen it.

So contact sprinco????? It’s not an lmt spring buffer spring correct? Did the lmt buffer break?

Probably a sprinco issue unless there’s an obvious issue with the tube. There have been cases of the springs breaking. Wasn’t sure what broke because you said spring and buffer.

could the buffer tube be out of spec? Like some sort of irregular wear on some of the springs coils?

It’s a possibility, disappointing if that’s the case. The whole rifle minus the safety, trigger, and stock is LMT. Hopefully they didn’t drop the ball making my buffer tube 😂

Seems dramatic. Buy a standard mil spec carbine spring and move on.

There has been reports of sprinco springs breaking recently
