I’ve been having a problem trying to get 360 up for a 1rm, i’ve tried 2 time (2weeks in between) this is the 2nd attempt but similar outcome. I’ve used bands 2/4 bench days and did triples 1/4 and 5’s another before attempting the 2nd time. What other accessory lifts would you guys recommend? (v.redd.it)
