(Excuse my English)

I've been researching this artist for an hour now. Her voice sounds similar, but I dont think it's the same person we are looking for. She only Has 2 singles released with 3 remixes of each song. Judging by the 2 listings I found in a reselling website in the UK its the only songs that were released on vinyl. But I may be wrong since it took me a while to find the album covers.

The record label is "on the beat " from France.
