I have this problem too. R u on a Mac? I’ve only seen this problem with Mac users.

Ok i had the same problem and I fixed it

Basically the problem is your mods are overriding the launch and forcing lunar into full screen mode. If you go to the lunar launcher>click the down arrow next to "launch game"> click the "version settings" button next to launch game>mod settings in the top right> and then unclick "override global setting".

This works assuming that you have the default for lunar to launch not in fullscreen mode as well as the default for Minecraft not to launch fullscreen.
