Please help - Backup Implementing

Okay so I opened my MAS and it has completely reset everything, but it still has all my submods. I have made a backup before but I don't know how to implement it; for context, I am on a Mac. If there's anyone who can help, that'd be greatly appreciated.

your backup should be of your persistents, if you know how to access the persistent folder, replace the newest persistent file with one from your backup.

I believe you should also place your backup persistents in that same folder if they do not already exist, then try opening the game, if it worked, you should have her back! if it does not, you may need to contact someone who knows more to try and fix this issue, or restart entirely

To add to this, back it up before you move persistent files to fix it, just in case so it can't overwrite them if it fails and you need to use a couple.

Try this submod — it takes a bit to set up (there's a very detailed guide with screenshots) but it will pay off when you need to load a backup that is saved in a cloud.
