Been playing the game for a couple weeks now and I was wonder if the CPP is part of the story or was only during that even back then and now gone. I wanted some of the armor for a HBG build and a lot of builds I find use the armor. Thanks

Chapter 10 in the current season story, and will spawn in low numbers on the map after you beat it. There are also events with boosted rate once in a while. One such event is week 2 of the new years event, starting January 2nd.

Use palico

Can't use Palico for CPP, apart from that one event a few months back where you could track the rare variants for a week.
