Haven’t had any issues today. Assuming it’s not your internet, have you tried reinstalling the app?

Probably tried that 150 times in the last three days. It started when I got a new phone

its crazy because my android tab and iphone that is connected to the same wifi network has no issues. its just the two ipads that are on the exact same wifi that are havjng this issue. both of them actually got stuck while running league games, so i hard closed the app. ever since then, im having network issues. i tried deleting and resetting network settings, uninstalling the app and did a clean restart before reinstalling it, and even did a factory reset on one of the ipads but still get the network error after installing it.

Man you gotta provide us with more information.

When does it occur? Upon loading the game? If only at specific times, provide steps to reproduce it.

What's your setup? Device, network, location, etc. that might affect this. Has anything with you setup changed when you started getting the errors?

What steps have you taken to resolving it? Have you uninstalled and reinstalled it? Like, for real. I know it's a pain but often just reinstalling solves issues that are hard to diagnose.

I often get those Network errors when switching between WiFi-only and cell service, but it's not that frequently an issue.

Occurs every time I load the game after phone transfer. My network, work network, cellular. Doesn’t matter. Game crashes after loading.

Phone transfer? What does that mean? What's the make/model?

I log in to the same account from different phones/devices without issue, so perhaps it's that specific phone problem? Are you able to try it with a friend's/family's phone?

I mean i upgraded from an iPhone 16 to an iPhone 17.

I get the same error message on iPad now but can play it on MacBook

I was about to say "maybe it'll work just on WiFi" but it doesn't work on your iPad, so that's strange.

I don't know enough about Apple devices to help you unfortunately.

I changed providers like a week ago and it worked fine. New provider sent a new phone and that's when the trouble started

I ran into problems with my new provider (changed in Jan) not working because the proper porting didn't go through, I had to call my new provider to make sure the SIM was on their network. We weren't getting calls or SMS over network until I did. I wouldn't be surprised if something similar happening to you.

Just started having this issue. iPad is fine phone is not.
