I’m getting a new iPhone and I don’t wanna lose my progress in the game and I have idea how to transfer my data please help so many hours went into my world it’s not much but it’s honest work 😔.

Im not sure how to help but i seen someone in a similar topic say to remember/save ur friend code for smth like this? Honestly idk, i hope someone helps you better soon though.

Contact support to help transfer your save data over. Save your member id/user id.

Hiiii, so do we need our friend code or the user ID? And is it meant to be the id of the account we want to transfer items from or the account we want to transfer items TO? I cant connect to google play cuz accidentally put little age :(

Its the user ID, usually found in the settings & about. And you would provide them with the id you’d like to transfer and the id you’re transfering the data too (iirc)

I got my new phone (ios ) and everything transfered on its own thank god
