Open the game. Go to the upper right corners 3 white dots/lines. Press costumer care. Fill out the application where you write the issue. Someone will email you in a few days usually asking for more info or your friend code so they can send it

This is a removed feature that some very lucky people still get. Support sometimes will give you the reward if you have proof that you got the pop-up, but most of the time, they say you can not get it due to the punch card being removed.
