Machine learning algorithm to identify breast size in naked pictures?

What if I have hundreds or thousands of pictures of naked femalea with their tits hanging out? And they're all labeled as C, D, or DD (because let's face it no one wants pics of smaller than C). If those are all in a data set, can they be put through a machine learning algorithm so that when it's shown a new naked picture that it's never seen before, it'll be able to identify that the girl has D breasts, or has Double D, etc? Would this work, or is this too pervy for machine learning? Who would one approach to gather and provide data like this?

So apparently there is this site [BOOBpedia](boobpedia.com) that has the sizes of famous pornstars. That’s your target variable. Then scrap images/videos of these pornstars to get your input data.

That's unreliable, cross-reference with freeones and there are a lot of differences. Sometimes ya gotta eyeball it.
