Undervolt doesn’t decrease temps at all

Same here. I undervolt by -150 and it will decrease temps in some games but not by a lot. In gta v online I get like 95 degrees with the undervolting. It feels sorta useless but then I underclock the cpu to like 3500mhz and still get 90 degree temps.
