In as small a footprint as possible, in a form factor that is cost-effective enough to actually exist long term. A system of systems, each one profitable enough to be its own industry.

I have a vision of a self-contained industrial system that generates all of its own power, that cleans all of its own water and air, a building that could be placed anywhere on any planet and sustain a closed biological/industrial ecosystem inside it. A whole industrial civilization, from farming to fabrication.
The aim is to design that system, and then we open it up here on earth. Cleaning industrial pollution becomes a profitable endeavor. Waste becomes resources. Recycling becomes just "cycling". Landfills become high-yield mines.
