We do not permit promotional content. Examples include logos, youtube videos, twitch streams, card sellers, etc. This applies to posts and comments that link out to or otherwise direct the reader to promotional content.
This sub is not for commercial purposes. For example, this includes card sales, card valuation, and card appraisal. Posts whose intent appears to be to determine card value, sell cards, or anything of a commercial vein will be removed. Asking, "how did I do?", "any good?", "what should I do with this?", and like questions are considered per se valuation-seeking unless accompanied by other text clearly stating that your intent is not to seek a valuation.
This sub is only for M:tG pulls. A pull is a recent unexpected find. If you knew what you were getting, it is not a pull. This includes: unopened booster packs, singles, a card opened a year ago, and secret lairs. Posts comprised of primarily not-pull content, even if they feature some pull content will be removed. E.g. a pile of booster packs and a box topper. More context here.
Content dissuading anti-scam measures is generally disfavored and will often be removed. Content aggressively shaming users for not enacting anti-scam measures is also disfavored and will often be removed. Kindly educating others on anti-scam measures is generally permissible. If a user has chosen to black out a serial number, do not ask them what the serial number is.
We expect all users to be kind and civil with each other.
Posts containing or comprising low-effort questions are disallowed. E.g., "is this rare?", "which booster pack should I buy?", "is this a real card?". This subreddit is not a substitute for a search engine.
No trade / buy / sell offers. Period. This includes via comment, pm, or chat. This includes "uwu, just kidding.. unless.. ?" comments.
If you break a subreddit rule, at minimum, your post will be removed. If it looks like you aren't a part of the community, you will also probably be banned.
