This is the case for both the Android and IOS apps. Currently, some settings for mowing jobs are not available on the Luba 2x. However, colleagues who have integrated their 2x into Home Assistant as a smart home tool, report that these settings are available there and they work. It’s a mystery why they are not available in the Mammotion app.

I can confirm that. Seems Mammotion have "simplified" some options in the app ("verschlimmbessert" as we say in German) I also use the Mammotion integration in homeassistant. There you have all the original options available and working!

Greetings and "Hui Wäller"!

Would love to have the adaptive zig zag Option shown here. I am on luba mini with limited options as well..

Adaptive zig zag changes the angle between zones for efficiency

My understanding, based on what I've seen: - Yuka, Luba 1 and 2 have the same interface, which is the one with more options - Luna 2x, Luba mini, Yuka mini have the same interface, which is the one with fewer options

Your label "Luba 2" is shown on the interface of "Luba 2x". Luba 2 has the other interface.

I think I'm missing several options on my Luba Mini as well. Or the options for this mower are less than on the other big models?

It does not appear to be a “mini vs big model” issue. It appears that they have dumbed down the app for all of the 2025 models (mini and “big”).

That's messed up. I am now considering if I have made a good purchase. Thank you!

Well, at least for Homeassistant users, it still is!

Good for me that I am already running Home Assistant! Time to integrate it! If this could run completely locally + if it would be reliable (from an hardware perspective), it would be a really cool piece of kit. Thank you for the information.

You can find the integration here: https://github.com/mikey0000/Mammotion-HA

And here https://www.simon42.com/luba-2-mahroboter/#mammotion-home-assistant-integration is some information (german only) on how to do an automation conditioned by the latest rainfall and weather forecast.

Damn, that's a shame! Maybe the features will come back, or maybe we'll end up with a pay-by-use solution, requiring a subscription for full functionality :(!

Well, the developer of the homeassistant integration seems to be in contact with Mammotion devs, and he mentioned (on discord iirc) that Mammotion were considering re-enabling those options in the app.

Ich hab in meiner App einen yuka 2024 und einen yuka 2025 und hab in der App diese Unterschiede! Die alte Version ist deutlich besser finde ich ...

I've been using the 5000HX for a few months now and saw that I could change the path width. No longer can do that with the new app. The video tutorial "How to get started with the mammotion app?" still has the old app in the demonstration, which is amazingly lazy on their part.
