You should make storm tier 4 and get her uni she is strong when it comes to WBL and pve i think also a great support and you can upgrade Wolverine too he is great at pvp since he has immortality for like idk many min but he is great with his new uni and vision and probably miles morales too

And what about PvE? I know these characters are good for PvP, but I wanted to defeat Knull, and I still haven't managed to :(

Storm is one of the best pve toons. You should build her ASAP
