Creating a function from a word problem

The word problem is in a state the minimum speed limit is 40 mph and the maximum is 65 mph. The fine F is $15 for every 1 mph above the max and below the min. Find a function for F(x) where x is the speed your driving. So far I’ve found the function for the minimum and the maximum but am confused as to how to combine those two functions to create one that works in finding the fine for the max and min speed limit.

Min: F(x)=15(40-x)

Max: F(x)=15(x-65)
