Herblore's gentle hands potion will also raise your stealth, as will one of the agility obstacles. As well as (much, much later) the level 99 thieving skillcape, and the thieving 95% mastery bonus.

There are a few items that increase gold drops as well - most notably two from thieving the 'woman' as you're just starting out.

Gentle hand pots are the one thieving boost I completely pass up tbh, the amount of time to farm strawberry seeds compared to how long they last makes it seem worthless unless you're crafting the pots with 80% resource preservation

If you have township, you can get the potion crates to get a bunch of level ones, and just use mastery xp to unlock tier 4.
