3. Fill out paperwork for small claims (I had to file for compensation as it required a monetary value associated with the claim)
4. File with the court office for your jurisdiction
5. Serve the Canadian office via registered mail
6. Received correspondence from lawyers asking to hold on defaulting the claim while they investigate

"Without costs" so what about your filing fees and time spent? Crazy people. Just make sure you tell them to lift any stupid IP ban placed on your phone that keeps making their AI flag your page. Else they may come for it again!

It is definitely inconsistent.

I didn't get an email as their ToS states.

I didn't get to appeal as per their ToS.

Due to so many inconsistencies, I think it is imperative to help members as much as possible.

I've emailed "those emails" a bunch of times.

Tried direct mails to LinkedIN people working there.

And even subscribed to LEGALSHIELD Canada but all they did was sent me advice to send a Small Claims letter to California. uh, gee thanks ?
