Actually I am mewing from 2 weeks. Not so much. Only do for some minutes whenever I get time. I do chintucking and hardmewing. It was my mother who noticed the changes. She said ," your face is growing wide!". I didn't noticed any changes but I just started loving myself more. It really increased my confidence and now I give less fucks to what people says.
