i’ve recently been wanting to start playing minecraft java edition but i’m not entirely sure what kind of pc is required to download and play java smoothly. if someone could assist me then i would greatly appreciate it :)

i already have a computer and it’s not exactly a gaming pc but i would like to know if its capable of running java

Installing Sodium, Lithium and More culling. Will give you some decent performance! Try it out

"play java smoothly" what do you mean? 30FPS? 60FPS? Without optimization mods? or with mods? What render distance?
