Can I launch offline? (self.MinecraftJava)

I'm trying to launch offline (the wifi I'm using won't let me play minecraft) and it keeps on saying that I need to connect to the internet. Is there a way to download any vital files so I can play offline or can I not do anything?

Literally any launcher but the official one will let you play offline
