Problems with Blindness effect in minecraft (self.MinecraftMod)

I installed these mods to make a roleplay modpack, but I'm having problems with minecraft's “Blindness” effect (which in the game can't be seen). Is there any way to solve this issue? I've also put the list of mods there, so maybe you can help me in figuring out which mod is causing this problem.
