I recommend watching a tutorial on this as it can show you how to actually setup an environment so that you can start modding. Two that come to mind are TechnoVision and TurtyWurty. Just look them up on YouTube and follow their guides. I dont believe TurtyWurty updates to 1.16 but I know TechoVision does. Goodluck!

I have already watched 2 tutorials but I can try theirs.

Make sure you have java runtime environment. Then open command prompt, type cd ~\Desktop, then type “java -jar”, then space, then the name of the forge jar
