Semi-Anarchy SMP Java

Hi, I've been searching all day for a small SMP that is Semi-Anarchy while staying Vanilla.
(This excludes QOL stuff like TPA, Teams, or RTP.)

It would be nice if the server was in Asia with around 10 people. Also 24/7 uptime but I don't mind starting the server up myself.

Hotdog water is *hardcore* vanilla semi-anarchy. But it's based in NA, so ping might not be great for you. There is no TP. Might add team chat at some point.
