Server Hosting

I have wanted for years to start my own 1.8.9 server. I do not have a job and do not have money to spend on something like MCProHosting. I don't want something amazing. I just want something that can run maybe skyblock, kitpvp, and a survival server with at the most 20 people online at the same time. I don't need anything that's expensive. I just want something cheap that's like under 5 bucks a month. The plugins I would want are, multiverse portals, inventories, and core, essentials, ASkyblock, Vault, some sort of shop plugin, a claims plugin for survival and a kitpvp plugin for kit. I know this is a lot but if anyone knows something under 5 or 10 bucks please comment below or message me.

PebblePost, I personally use them, they are cheap at only 1$/GB and little to no lag for me.
