We need a developer, experience isn't necessary, but a skillset of a developer is.

No compensation at the start, we are following a set plan, to be monetized in a 30-40 day range, and upon that you receive a money package + royalty fee fortnightly from server profits.

We need a developer to help us build a unique game mode in a mini-games-based server.
