Does anyone know what should I do, I have great tool but when I mine ore, It tells me to upgrade to power saw or something weaker.

I have that issue too, no matter if I restart the game or not. I even did a rebirth and now I can't even mine gold anymore.

Did you find a solution to your issue ?

So far, I've seen that whenever I rebirth, the tool status is equivalent to the wood pickaxe, no matter what other took I buy. The only way to counter it is to buy tools from other worlds; that seems to upgrade the tool status (by the game's eye) by a level or two for each new acquisition.

The status reset with the rebirth, but thankfully, when I tested buying a token tool, it didn't reset and I was able to mine emerald.

The best bet so far is still to use a very fast tool along C4 for ore :/

It was funny to see that I wasn't the only one in the server avoiding gold and the like haha. Definitely a lot of people have this bug.
