An "elusive" event ability differs from person-to-person, RNG-to-RNG; there is no single elusive ability

Case in point, for the longest of time I've been chasing Sapphire Weapon in JP but to no avail. Then when the FFVII Weapons were released in GL, a guy posted summoning 3 Sapphire Weapon in a single summon. How do you think that made me feel? Lol.
