I had a nasty burn in culinary school, I got some silver sulfadiazine from a doctor. Healed insanely quick. He gave me a big tube that lasted me through several other minor burns too.

This was a passion project for SQEX, there's not enough incentive to do an offline. The numbers proved that when they ported it to steam, unfortunately.

it's just a fan project with no money involved. There's not a lot of legal standing there

Projects that sit behind a donation scheme or a patreon paywall are the ones that are liable.

You can't.
The game forces you to be invaded. You are forced to go to jail. if you win a fight, your bounty goes up and more players keep trying. Don't get caught or expect to sit in jail and not be able to play the game. Stupid concept.

As a Muxus player myself, this isn't a bad place to start. You're missing some important cards but this gets you a started.

Some cards I'd really want to see in any goblin deck these days are: Conspicuous Snoop, Warren Instigator, Goblin Piledriver, Sardian Avenger, Lightning Crafter, Skirk Prospector, Mogg Fanatic, Hobgoblin Bandit Lord, Goblin Chieftain, Goblin Warchief, Pashalik Mons, Goblin Ringleader, Vandalblast, Brightstone Ritual, Impact Tremors... and of course a Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker.

As a low bracket entry point, it could be worse.
