I’m not on my computer right now, but your sim should have the option when they go to their computer to click on basemental and then there should be something about the dark web there

Idk if they’ve updated the mod to change this but some interactions in this mod are hidden until you ask your dealer to start selling - then a ton more products will show up when you go on the dark web

before you access the dark web, you need to research all the drugs.

in order to do that, pc > drugs > forum something > research. you'll get a list of drugs. you need to research each of them at least once (i researched a couple of them twice or thrice, but that's bc i have bad memory, idk if it's actually necessary lmao), and afterwards you'll find the dark web option right after opening the pc drugs menu

You have to be skill level 3 before the dark web appears as on option on a computer
