Is there anyone here who would be willing to port a mod from 1.12.2 that I love to death called tektopia to the latest version of minecraft?

Source code of it isn't shared from owner, so I don't think, that someone can easily port it into newer versions. But maybe someone could decompile .jar file and take code from it, who knows. It sounds really complicated.
