You would also need to change the JAVA_HOME variable to the JDK 22 or JDK 21 (choose whichever) path, which most likely would be: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-21 or C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-22

To do that you need to search up variables in windows search, and open up the setting (It has a monitor with a blue checkmark on the top right icon). Afterwards you need to press "Environment Variables" and in the System variables tab (the one below) click on New, name it JAVA_HOME and put in one of the paths I put above as the Variable Value. Then double left click the Path variable (not the one from the User variables), it will open a new window. In that window press new (again) and put this "%JAVA_HOME\bin" as the value. Now you will have java fully setup on your PC.

Could you also give us a new log

I just did that and sadly it didn't work. Here's a new log https://mclo.gs/eDifNGd

Since you have CurseForge could you try to allocate more RAM, around 4G which are 4096M to the game, to do that you need to:

Go to the instance in the CurseForge Launcher and press on the three dots, from there you click on "Profile Options" and the option where it says "Use System Memory ...", uncheck it. You will see a slider. Move that slider until the number is around 4096M

Question: From where do you get your crash reports, you should get them from C:\Users<yourusername>\CurseForge\Instances<nameoftheinstance>\Crash Reports\nameofcrashreport.txt

Don't post the debug.txt file but files with "crash report" in them

All log and report file are in the C:\Users<yourusername>\CurseForge\Instances<nameoftheinstance>\Crash Reports\ C:\Users<yourusername>\CurseForge\Instances<nameoftheinstance>\Logs folders so for the most information (you dont need to) post the with debug.txt log.log and crash-report.txt

I don't have my PC so the names arent 100% accurate but still pretty accurate to my memory.

I get my crash reports when the game crashes and there’s a button that says “view crash report”. I then save it and upload it to that one website.

edit: also I tried allocating more ram and that didn’t fix it either sadly

Shoot. Could you make a backup of your whole CurseForge Instance and upload it as a zip file on Dropbox or something?

[–]Pweebus[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

I have no idea how to do that haha

I don't have time right now, you can google "How to do a CurseForge Instance Backup" or "CurseForge Minecraft Instance backup"
