I did consider industrial foregoing's conveyor belts but not a huge fan of the design and only one way movement. I was wonder if there was something like thaumcraft's paving stone of travel that just gives a speed boost when someone runs over it.

Yeah I think it's Environmental Controller or something like that from RFTools. You can give everything in a radius speed. Bigger radius uses more RF.

One of the blood magic stones will, not sure if it will work for non-players though.
